Less speaking, more doing. Our speaking events are not another college lecture. They are crafted to fully engage your audience.

Our coaches do this through discussion groups and interactive activities that get the blood pumpin’. Our team meets with you beforehand to build the most impactful event specific to your audience. Most importantly, our speaking events don’t end…we give you next steps to continue the conversation and implement changes that build more inclusivity, vulnerability and help everyone feel a stronger sense of belonging.
1:1 Coaching
This is not talk therapy, it’s a call to action to live a more present life and find solutions to what you struggle with NOW.

Whether that is lack of self-confidence, anxiety, depression, dealing with an injury, improving relationships or external stressors - our coaches approach it from the inside out. It all starts with improving our relationship with ourselves and becoming more aware of how we are hardwired to think. This is what creates space for rewiring our brain to help us versus limiting us.
